We care about your opinions. Our goal is to provide the highest quality early intervention services for your child and your family. That starts with good communication among parents, providers and the Local Planning and Coordinating Council (LPCC). We want to know your thoughts and concerns.

Complaint/Concern Procedure - This document describes how to file a complaint or concern and the process taken once a complaint or concern has been filed.
Complaint/Concern Form – This form is available if you have a concern that you feel impedes a child from receiving exceptional service or hinders the progress of First Steps initiatives.
