Tell Us Your
Thoughts
We care about your opinions. Our goal is to provide the highest quality early intervention services for your child and your family. That starts with good communication among parents, providers and the Local Planning and Coordinating Council (LPCC). We want to know your thoughts and concerns.
Below are some ways to let us know how we are doing.
Pat on the Back - This form acknowledges providers who go above and beyond to provide services for your child.
Complaint/Concern Form – This form is available if you have a concern that you feel impedes a child from receiving exceptional service or hinders the progress of First Steps initiatives.
Indiana First Steps Guide to Family Rights and Procedural Safeguards - First Steps is responsible for clearly explaining your rights and procedural safeguards, so you feel confident and informed every step of the way. Your First Steps team members, such as early intervention (EI) provider, service coordinator, and System Point of Entry (SPOE), work with you to help your child thrive and reach their full potential. Understanding your rights empowers you to make informed decisions about early intervention.
